Stupid and anal retentive question here, but can anyone tell me exactly what kind/size of nut and bolt and maybe washer are used to mount the 2 red reflectors under the tail fairings and the one on the back of the fender?  I like to make it as close to stock as I can so it appears it was never messed with.  I bought stock reflectors on ebay for cheap, but didn't come with the mounting hardware.

Not in the Cave, but just a washer and a plain old metric nut. Nothing special at all. Sometimes I have seen a lock washer on there sometimes. That's for the reflector to the fender or metal bracket.

For metal bracket to plastic fender: a wide, low profile, JIS head screw ( 2 each side) with washer and nut. Same threads as the reflectors or a size larger. I'd have to measure tonight if you want exact size.

Now the parts list does not show using a washer. many bikes I have seen did have a washer.

So basically, just a nut is OEM. Adding a washer just makes it better. And some thread lock. You can use a lock nut. Depends on if you want to be 100% OEM or "like OEM but better", which is what I always go for.

If you wouldn't mind getting the length and width of the threaded parts of those bolts sometime.  I would appreciate it.
