Hey Yam.  Can you fix like real antique clocks?  I have one that must be 100 years old.  It is a mantle clock that was left to my wife by her great grandfather.  It isn't sexy, but it does have some gold on it, and it is a family heirloom.

Hard to believe things like clocks were an heirloom at one time.

John my friend that would make me nervous. what is going on, ( or not going on) with it. i DO know of a local clock man who CAN do it. also a NAWCC member. ( person i get my advice from and parts when needed. ) as rough as shipping can be, id be leery.  but we can figure that out. got pics?, full shot, and relevant macros would help.

I've used one of those at my previous job. Definitely comes in handy, but it probably wont be long before you find yourself fabricating a better mounting system out of clamps.

As much as I LOVE and lust after bergeons tools, I wont pay that yet. business IS building but its not worth it YET to pay that kind of money for a case opener. it can wait. the others OTOH, perhaps sooner. the prices are not on par with growth. would be like me buying friends Maserati gransport to deliver pizzas. doable? sure worth it? no.

Nice tools. Bit too nice for my pocket :dunno_black: It is however just like the one I used to use when doing watches.
I am not interested in anything you have to say
