Average price is NZ$420k, but a lot of sales are in the NZ$700-900k range (or more for some areas)

It is seen as a big problem here now for first home buyers - a lot of speculators bought up large about 10 years ago, and we have only really large developments happening in Christchurch (post quake) and Auckland.

oldmech

dang didnt think it had gone that far. when i was there alot of POMs where escaping  the uk with there pounds sterling along with the japanese where bying up alot of stuff./buying power. guess it snowballed so to speak. lots of power companies over here dude. sell out and make a mint. the us is kinda screwed up but ok if you find a small town like i did.

oldmech

ok back on subject. is it a light saber from star wars? if right i will give it to badot. he descibed it best. if wrong will keep on guessing. ;)

That's what I was getting at (Darth Vader's in particular) but I don't think I have anything decent left to post.

oldmech

sure you do..just find some obscure piece of something and keep us guessing. thats what makes this fun.

Badot nailed it but of he wants to hand it off to Oldmech it's ok with me. It is the power switch on a Master Replicas Force FX Darth Vader Lightsaber.
Actually, I think adidas was kind of right as well. The lightsabers used in the Star Wars movies where made from a old camera graflex (flash holder) and the switch I believe was an old LED lens. They made these lightsabers out of a bunch of real life junk.

Cartoon character? Probably gonna be a transformer. Optimus prime is the only one off the top of my head with blue, but I was never too into it.

pliskin

You are the man. It's the legs of Opitmus  Prime. Don't lie, I know you are into transformers if you know this??? Did you link surf?

How many cartoon characters have wheels? Then optimus prime is basically the main character, right?

And now that I actually look at it you can see the two closely spaced 'axles' so more of a hint it's a semi.
