Remedy:





I used an old grip I found lying in the junkyard. Cut a length that fits nice and tight in the round part in the middle. Then I cut a + shape in the end of it (mine was one of em old school ones with a closed end). Then zip ties hold em on.
It dont hit my foot any more, and doesn't hit the chain.

nice! I checked my chain thinking it was too loose..no it wasn't.

mine is barely hitting it.. but it was bugging me.
