1992 rear tire installation. HELPPP

Alright, well it seems I never sleep now since Ive started working on the bike. Now that Ive got it running getting it ridable is my next step. I managed to reseat the tire. When i took off the wheel i had the two spacers, but the guy before me took off the brakes both front and rear. As well as the rear caliper holder. Now when I try and get my rear wheel back on i cant for the life of me get this thing back on with the rear caliper holder. Is there a certain way to do this or a certain way everything goes back together? Ive got an exploded view and according to that everything is in the right position. does this mean my rear swing arm could be bent?  :dunno_black: Ive been at this for 4 hours now and have gotten no where except frustration. Please help!

Someone may have assembled the rear without the spacers, and bent the swingarm. Wouldn't surprise me really.

For the record, you don't need to remove the chain adjustments, to remove the rear wheel.

It should be a little snug going together, and if you touched the brake lever, will need to pry the pads apart again.

Your problem is on the sprocket side, that spacer 9 sticking out goes inside the cush drive hub between the wheel brg 14 and the cush drive brg 15 sticking into the cush brg from the inside.  At least it looks like spacer 9 sticking out on yours.  The larger dia spacer 10 sticks into the seal 16 from the outside and only sticks out a wee bit to keep the sprocket bolts/nuts from hitting the swingarm.

Well my friends you've hit it spot on. He did have the parts out of order which I didn't realise. Now of appears I'm missing part 10 of that diagram. And so the hunt for one begins -.- but thanks for everything!
