Starved Rock is a pretty good meeting location.  It is pretty centrally located for the riders on here, and has some decent roads around there too. 

Any objections? Say nigh, otherwise its goin in writing. 

Now how bout a time frame? I'm taking a month of weekends off for July, so that would be best time for me... say, last weekend in July to give time for making arrangements?

Also, if any neighboring state people or anyone who wants an excuse for a rode trip, feel free to join in, that is certainly alright!

Thread Revival!

In light of the GS500 America Relay  kicking off in a couple weeks, I thought I would call upon folks who have replied to this thread in the past in hopes to reach some of you still sub'd to this thread.  I will be meeting jestercinti for a baton carry the weekend of June 29th, which will mean the baton will be in the area.  Anyone else interested in joining, feel free to post here or the official relay thread, or even send a PM. Even if you can't do it on that weekend, post up anyway if you want to be a part of it.  The relay is about the journey, the more the merrier!

I'm definitely interested in riding along with the baton.  Where are you meeting jester?

We still need to talk about it more, but I'd figure if more folks joined in, that might effect the path... the path and stops along the way are flexible, as its about the ride and not the destination.  Might as well try to make it work for more folks if we can.
