so your saying the $250 you would supply me all the correct materials and i can install it myself? but the 400 says installed. How would you help me install it from another state?

Installed means you are going to have to come to the shop to have them installed. The shop doesn't pack up everything and come to you.

I always try to make everything as painless to install as possible. However, you will have to take the rims off to install. Its a perfect time to replace any sprockets or brake pads too
