Question on tires and tread

I've seen some pics of tires where the inside of the tire tread was colored. I am assuming the owner took the time to paint them.

So my question is.....

1) Has anyone here done this before and
2) What did you use? Fingernail polish?

Yeah, not rim tape.

Twisted and Ross got it.

I seen some on a bike the other day that looked really good. Nothing bright or guady.

Just a commentary on the pic Ross posted, I'm guessing. My thought on that pic was how much time did that guy waste to make his tire look that terrible?  :icon_eek:

Considering this is weedahoe, I would expect to see "tasteful bling" when he's through with this.
