Hello everyone! My first post on asking for helps. Thank you in advance!!  :woohoo: Anyways. One of my gauge's lights is out. anyone can turn me to the right directions to get it working? Its my RPM gauge. Also another question, its a bike with 5,300 miles (2008). Sometimes at a stop. While my bike is in neutral, I have to "rock it" or "roll it" back and forth to be able to put it into first gear, is this normal? My first bike and Im sure ill be asking more future assistance. Thank you everyone!

The shifting into 1st thing is normal. Just shift down into 1st while you're slowing to a stop. It's better to be in gear when at a stop anyway, just in case something behind you goes awry.

Great, Thank you. Wasnt sure if it was a normal feature on bikes. Im glad to know its normal. freaked out first time it happened to me. it happened to be my first time taking it out in my city's main road lol. I started leaving it in first so it doesnt happen again, my left hand doesnt get tired anymore from holding in the clutch so it wont be a problem. Now anyone know anything about the light in my RPM gauge? =)

Have you checked that all the cables are plugged in properly does the if so then it could be that the bulb has gone.

No. Ill do that first thing when I get back today. Im not sure which wires there are but im sure it'll be easy to notice once I look. Any chance you'd know the bulb size? So i can pick that up too just in case, Thanks!

The gauge bulbs are T10 # 194 Wedge base bulbs.  Pretty standard type of automotive bulbs.
