Ready to jet my bike. I have a very high flow exhaust and K&N lunchbox filter. What do I need to rejet? I'm talking about like all parts involved as far as washers and what not.

Is there some kind of fuel tank overflow hose? It seems like every time I fill up I get a puddle of fuel under my bike. I think I've located a dump hose. But it also seemed like it was leaking from the fill cap as well?

If you overfill the tank, there is an overflow tube that gas will flow from.  It's not very large in diameter, so you can initially overpower it if you fill it past the collar.  As fuel sits in there it will flow out until it reaches the right level (which is right at the bottom of the collar inside the filler opening).  Fuel sloshing around may also flow down this tube.

When I was Kreeming the tank on my 97, I tried to fill the tank completely with the acid solution, but it would flow out of the overflow tube and the level would always settle right at the bottom edge of the filler collar.  It was a little more tedious getting the acid in contact with all the inner tank surfaces because I had to flip the tank around due to the small amount of space between the fluid level of the "ceiling" of the tank.
