Do you want an early or late fork?  Or do you care?

For a 95. If it's the newer fork I will need both since they look different.

I have a new-style fork, right side.  If your fork outer is good, and you just need the inner (normally only the inner get's bent) you could remove the inner from this fork and install it in your outer.  It would take a few turns of the wrench, but the final results would be the same.

Hint: two right forks with a bit of cutting and welding... and you get a double stopping power.

I might have a spare upper tube if you plan to rebuild it yourself.
I'm not scheduling any fork rebuilds for a while otherwise I'd put one back together for you. (I devote an afternoon and do 6 to 10 forks at once. More efficient time wise than doing just one.)

I assume my upper is at fault not sure. The fork continues to leak after 2 seal replacements and it feels soft/wobbly.

I have another set of forks, but I believe they are pitted.

Soft and wobbly would be worn bushings OR you forgot the bushing at the top of the lower tube. You can check of your tube is straight with a straight edge - like a good level.
We had the problem of perpetually leaking forks on Gorilla's bike. We swapped out forks. Then noticed his had bushings that were work and made the fork wobble. Top bushing is more critical since it is just below the fork seal.

I have sets of new bushings coming on. From now on, all old forks will get new bushings and new seals.
