Ordered stuff over a week ago and it still hasn't shipped.  Never ordering from there again.

I always get amazed when u order something and after 2 weeks they tell u they don't have it.........WTF advertise something u don't have.

Happened to me at Revzilla, except they called and emailed me within 15 minutes of ordering... gave me 5$ credit.  So I then reordered a similar item the next morning which was a couple bucks more... same thing happened.  They called me within 5 minutes of ordering it, and assured me it never happens and were very apologetic it occurred twice like this.. and this time gave $40 more of store credit, and effectively made my purchase free when my item came back in stock, and that still qualified free shipping...  What more could you do than that?  Honestly, mistakes do happen, but they sure know how to make it right.  You know that if they are able to do that, it really doesn't happen often... otherwise they would be out of business quick!

have to back up the revzilla love. They give me a 15% discount AFTER the item i went to buy was sold out. They said they would honor the discount even after it was sold.

It happens all the time that you order something and between the time you look it up and they get your order they have sold out or their shipment of the parts got delayed from the anticipated time.

That's life. Smile and not and move on.

I order a lot from Partzilla because the often list parts that others don't carry. Ordering from places like that which are sort of the Amazon for motorcycle parts, I don't expect overnight service unless I pay for it. For order problems, places like Bike Bandit say everything is in stock - but it only means they think they can get it. No such thing as overnight service from them.

You guys think that's bad, I've been waiting 3 weeks for a pair of wet weather pants from a retailer in the same city as me, and the supplier is only 4 hours away by road, AND i paid for overnight. Hopeless..

So my stuff finally gets here, and they sent me the WRONG SIZE FUEL LINES -- 3/16in.  What a bunch of f*cking morons.
