Thats a great show.  If you like that I also recommend 'Ross Kemp on Gangs' if you haven't already seen them.  He goes inside gangs and prisons...its pretty crazy sh1t.

yup .. doesnt show in the slo mo so much ... but in the first real time bit ... you can see him start to straighten .. a tiny flinch as he almost leans it back in left .. which is where i think he just target locked on the bikes .. then while brain was going... leftorrightorleftorright?!?!??!?!??!? ... eventually Mr Hand decides to reach for the brake to try and stop ... just not enough space left....

would have maybe been looking at the soft dirt and gravel on the right too and thinking 'if i go into that im gonna wash out anyway' ...
