Hello fellow bikers 

Today I bought my second bike, a suzuki gs500 from 1991 with 67000 km on the clock.
I payed 300 euros for the whole bike so, of course, it has some problems 
I drove it home (20 km) and i found a few problems:
- blinkers don't work, don't even hear a click when I flip the switch so I think it has a bad conection
- they lost the original keys of the bike, switched the starter lock and had no locks for the rest of the bike, so ... they destroyed the lock on the gas lid completly so i cant seal it completely and it is possible to remove the seat by forcing a screwdriver into the lock for the seat.
- the rear braking pads are completely gone
- there are 3 dents on the gas tank and a lot of scratches
- the plastic covers have allready been sanded down by a previous owner
- the engine needs some love
- frame is starting to rust on the botom

some good news:
- it is a rocket compared to my previous bike (suzuki gn250) 

So this is my new monster  :

first thing i'm gonna do is replace the rear brake pads (it's more important to be able to stop, than be able to exalerate  )
