Just wondering if anyone has any ideas on where I can hide the battery, hoses, wires, regulator if I take all the fairings off.  Basically want to make a naked gs500 but a clean look if that makes sense.

Best way, is to spend the money like I will be this winter. Get a lunchbox air filter. This gives you so much room under the seat to make a nice and tidy "stuff" box. It is recommended that you upgrade the exhaust as well. It's a little extreme, but there really isn't much room in there to begin with. After I cut off all my stuff, I just made some temporary shields, but I knew that something more drastic was to come.

I see, so basically this "stuff" box is whatever i can come up with... Aluminum box? plastic? trying to make it as light a possible so maybe aluminum.  Ill definitely do that.  I actually already bought pod filters, do you think a lunch box is better then pods?

It depends - what kind of pods? Hopefully not Emgo.

There are called moxi racing project, i have no clue.. nothing on the net so I don't know if i should use them or not.  Just bought them off of ebay of course...

Post a pic or a link on eBay. But if they were insanely cheap, there's a reason why......

Back to the original point though: getting pods will free up some space, but look at a small ballistic battery as well. They are much smaller than stock and can be tucked almost anywhere (within reason).

Search for "psyberoptix"'s (I'm sure I spelled it wrong) project.  He cut the tail and has some good pictures of how he cleaned up and hid the cables.

He basically used one of those plastic electronics project boxes you would find at an electronics store and cut some holes to route the cables in and out and mounted it right next to the battery.  Yeah, you'll have to remove the airbox and stick in a lunchbox filter and or pods.

I like that tail end.  That looks clean, thanks for the photo.... I really like that tail end, where did you get that or did you make that.. That looks freakin sweet.. Thats exactly what I want to do, well not copy you too much but that tail end is awesome.

And seat.. where did you get seat that seat and tailend? if you dont mind?

Thanks, I definitely look into a ballistics battery, that's a decent deal for one.  Looks strong too
