I dropped my bike at about 30 mph a few months back. The weather is such that its time to get back on that horse, but I want to make sure I've covered my bases as far as repairs/inspection, etc.  I know my front left turn signal is broken and my left bar end is messed (actually, its always not screwed in right. Its a good excuse to get new ones).  I'm going to do an oil change just because.

I have some body damage, but nothing I can afford to take care of at the moment. After getting up and dusting myself off, I got back on her and rode her for a mile or so until I couldn't take it anymore. So, she at least ran.

What else should I look at, change, fix, etc?

BTW, I'm usually an ATGATT rider, but it was such a nice day that all I had on was gloves and helmet with regular work clothes. Got a really good road rash on my arms/elbows, and left leg/knee. My boots were scuffed and my gloves were tore up at the palms. My helmet didn't take a blow or scratch (probably because I protected my helmet with my bare arms! :) )  Guess I learned my lesson about ATGATT the hard way!

does she handle ok?, BTW glad youre alright :). back to the bike, does she handle alright?, check at the neck for cracked paint check for wiring faults, ( potential shorts/fire hazards. alot of this can be done while in process of oil change.
