Gorilla needed mirrors so ordered this used set from weedahoe
Waiting for them I have him a set I had
Mirrors came so Gorilla donated them to the Bike Cave
Frank needed mirrors but the SV650 chrome mirrors hadn't arrived
So the orphaned black mirrors from weedahoe got put on Frank and there they will stay.

So I guess weedahoe can answer what type of mirrors they are.

Interesting how parts get moved around in the West Seattle Bike Cave.

Just got a BRAND NEW OLD STOCK wiring harness for 89-00 models. $85! From a dealer in Greece! I've bought many NOS parts from them - including handlebar controls. With this new wiring harness, the Husky bike will be built with 89-00 wiring. I know this is not what I usually do, because old wiring harnesses are expensive and usually crap. That's why I use 2006+ electricals.

However, finding a brand new old harness is a real score for this project. New - still in the package!

I think the Husky bike will really be a brand, new 1996!

Noticed a similar set on EJ's DL1000... Not sure if they are the same or if they would work but they look similar.  He said his are Aprilia Tuono mirrors, which use also use a 10M right hand thread.

thats funny. i thought they were less useful than the just plain square ones. might look cool but i could barely see anything behind me in those.

Ohh those look pretty good too! i'll look into these for sure.
I have some bar end mirrors but i just hate the visibility or lack there of with them. I ended up going back to my chrome stockers for the time being.

visibility. they looked kind of corny to me and sure enough they werent that useful compared to big ol square ones.

frame got delivered today. It needs to cure for a week before we start on it so it is in the house where it is warm.
It is a charcoal color with silver flakes that sparkle in the sun.
