so this weekend i'm doing a head gasket replacement. i had the cylinders up completely off the bike. now i'm trying to put it back together, and i got to the cams, and i can't turn the 19mm bolt on the right side of the bike. it's completely frozen. what would cause this? do i need to take the cylinders back off?

i put it in neutral and that /seems/ to have alleviated the problem... here's to hoping

Good to hear that...  Just to be on the safe side, make triple sure that the cams and crank are in their proper place before turning the crankshaft.

:) Hihi, so it wasn`t in neutral? No wonder it didn`t turn. Good luck!
