Front brake lever options?

When I was trailering my bike down to my current place of residence it ended up falling over and what seemed to happen when it fell over is the side railing of the trailer caught in between the grip and brake lever. Now, this had enough force to twist the whole front brake bar assembly up. I rotated it back down and it looks fine, but grabbing the front brake isn't as smooth as it was before. Everything still works, but it feels like the lever snags about halfway through and it's not a good linear feeling so I'm looking into options to change it.

I'm all for aftermarket (if it's not super expensive, no $200 levers here), but what options are good out there for the whole assembly? I'm typically a two finger user when it comes to the front brake so shorty levers are ok. I've run across these:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Black-7-8-Brake-Clutch-Pump-Master-Cylinder-Kit-Reservoir-CNC-Levers-For-Suzuki-/181125543482?pt=Motorcycles_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3AGS500E&hash=item2a2bec763a&vxp=mtr

on ebay but I'm not sure if they'd be good. I'm not in too much of a rush, as the bike is still rideable and it's getting to the point where riding is more of a weekly thing as the weather gets cooler. I also don't have access to my tools here at school so I couldn't even do it if I wanted to.

You could probably find a used OEM assembly in the For Sale section of this forum, and it would likely be inexpensive.

I don't know if the brake lever is different, but I put a Motion Pro OEM style clutch lever on my bike for a whopping $12
