The Halo projector looks bada** in the pics. I just recently purchased a 2004 GS500f and am in the process of making it naked. I would love to know where you got the parts for this job. I am using my factory headlight with universal fork tube mounts. Please post up pics once the light is on the bike! Looking awesome!  O0

This has nothing to do with going from an F to an E.

This is about putting an HID projector in a headlight

What projector are you using? I had aspirations of putting a projector with a halo in the old round headlight bucket.

I use LSL on all my bikes. I love them.
While many companies make replacement brake levers, LSL is the ONLY directly compatible clutch lever for the GS500. Any other lever requires that you change the perch and often the clutch cable to one with a 90* bend as opposed to the 45* bend at the perch in order to clear the gauge bracket.
One unfortunate thing is the USA distributor for LSL does not sell ANY levers for any model Suzuki bike. I contacted LSL about this. They don't know why the distributor won't carry them but they gladly let you order direct from LSL.
Being German made, Jim has the advantage of being in Germany, he can pick them up at the local shops. We have to order from LSL in Germany. Those in the UK can get them at their local dealers.

I like the way the his set up has the perches and brake reservoir as a match to the levers. Vapporel, are the ones you have a direct fit for the GS?

Hi, sure:

1. Carefully heat the plastic with the heat gun, be patient....
2. Step by step separate the clear cover from the black base.
3. Attach the lens projector and fix on the back.
4. Again step 1 and then step 2 in reverse mode.

I´m so bad to describe..... sorry, I hope be usefull...

Did you have to cut anything out of the stock reflector to attach the projector?  Or was it simply a matter of removing the clear lens and dropping the projector into place?
