Someone in the San Francisco/San Jose area needs to go to the Winchester House.
Wherever you may be, there you are.

This is the Packinghouse in Statesboro:

The plant was up and running until it caught fire in the 1920s. It is said that 23 employees died in the fire due to the fact that the exits had been chained shut by the plant owner. Shortly after this, the owner committed suicide by a gunshot to the head. The four story building is a hair-raising site just to look at. It is noted by those who have entered the building that shadows have been spotted running to the exits. On the far right window of the third floor, a woman with a look of terror on her face has been reportedly seen by those who have attended. Not only this, but on nights of a full moon a gunshot can be heard followed by a flood of screams.

Next Challenge: Your GS next to something that is Haunted, with the story behind it.

Been done the haunted house thingy.... Ya got another one?

any kind of snowman will do. good lord guys use your imagination. if something isn't specified that usually means it's left open for some kind of subjectivity...

First pics are of a Failed Challlenge "Peter's Ice cream sign"

Just above the yellow square trash can in the middle of the pic...

Here, a closer look...

Next we have the snowman... against the brick fence...

He's a little hard to make out so a closer look...

NEXT CHALLENGE: Your bike at a Ticket Office - place where you buy tickets for something. Must say ticket or tickets on sign. Only exception is outfront of a cinema with an inside Box Office and the Box Office sign can be seen through the window. Otherwise, an outdoor ticket center Must have the word Ticket or Tickets on the sign above it.

I was really excited when i saw this challenge since one of the things my small town has is a theater with an outdoor box office!

But when I went to get the picture I saw there's no sign of any kind above the window.....

Heart-break.

Sometimes the rules are relaxed for new people.
Take a picture and post it. Ask the person that posted the challenge (mister) if it is OK.

mister

Remember to try your sporting grounds too. They usually have "Tickets" above the windows where you buy tickets  :thumb:

Well this is as close as I can get. No sign saying tickets, but it's obviously a ticket booth at a movie theater. Maybe special consideration for still riding in January in Montana?

The Theater:

The Booth.

Call out the foul mister!

I've had a look around your town and boy oh boy you'd have no chance. So, we'll call this one done. Well done for winter riding in Montana - and welcome to the game  :thumb:

So, next challenge?

Congrats and welcome to the game.

I thought that theater was familiar. The Admiral Theater in West Seattle was also designed by Pritica.

Pick a good challenge: something not too difficult but something we have to ride to find. The real fun is in seeing who can do it first --- not who can do the impossible.

CrispThat

Sorry for taking a while with the next challenge. I was enjoying the ski slope for the last couple of days. You know its a weird year when you can snowboard and ride you bike in the same day....

Anyway, next challenge:

A slice of pizza from a local, non-chain pizza place. Photo must have both the outside sign, and the pizza in it.
