Do they have to be hosted or is there just some way to attach them? :dunno: I'm pretty new to all this. :oops:  :lol:

yes, you have to have them hosted. Then, when you have a URL for the image click the "Img" button above, copy the URL in and then click button again.

make sure your pic is not TOO big!

That's OK.  Here's what you do:
    * Download and install IrfanView (freeware from
http://www.irfanview.com)
* Open the LARGE photo you want to "shrink".
* Press Ctrl-R to get the Resize/Resample Image dialog box.
* Specify your new width or height or percentage or whatever.  (I usually go 600 or 640 pixels wide for mine, 400 or 480 if the picture is vertical.)
* Press S to do a "Save As".
* Do whatever you normally do to upload the pic to the hosting site.[/list:u]I'm sure there are MANY other apps that will do the same thing - some of them even more simply than IrfanView, maybe.  But that's the app I use for all of the pics I take.  It doesn't have drawing or pixel-editing abilities, but you can
    * Crop
    * Resize
    * Change brightness / contrast / colors / gamma correction (whatever THAT is)
    * Make slideshows (I never touch the stuff)
    * See thumbnail views of a directory of pics
    * Do batch conversions to different formats and/or sizes, etc.[/list:u]Good Luck!
