Alright guys well my little beauty has thrown something else at me.  Last night I took her for a test drive. I kept getting alot of back popping from the exhaust so thinking I had a leak I tightened it down. Still idling high. eventually she dropped back to normal ( thinking she was cold) so I took her for a quick spin. fine on the flat. Moment I hit an incline she quite. So I brought her back and tried messing with the idle adjustment screw. Nothing happened. So I crank unbelievably far in each direction and get nothing. And I tried her again today and shes still idling around 6k. And now My idle adjustment screw has fallen out. Any ideas?

The symptoms you describe sound like its running pretty lean.  Not enough fuel for some reason... Or, too much air is the other possibility...

Check float heights with a clear tube attached to the drain on each carb.  Put the petcock on prime, and open the carb drain with the tube bent upward.  The level the gas goes in the tube should be level with the carb bowl gasket.

Check for air leaks - Key suspect is always at the carb boots... could have worked loose if it weren't all the way on/tightened down good before.

Make sure the tank petcock is fully turned on.

It would be helpful to know what your intake and exhaust setup is, and if different from stock, what jetting is in there?
But, make sure you get idle screw back in there first, 2.5 turns from lightly seated is a good start point... and only use that for fine adjustment once its actually running decent.

the exhaust is stock but Im running pods. I just took of the carbs and gas came gushing out of the Suction thingy ( I cant remember the term). The black nozzle above the gas inlet.

I think the previous owner was in the carbs-.- Lord help me, none of the screws even match

Well, running pods you would definitely need larger than stock jetting.  Pods would probably require around 40/147.5 jetting to get close to running well... even with a stock exhaust I'm sure.  Find out what jets are in there.

That link there shows a picture of the jets if you scroll down a little on the right hand side.  The jet size is actually stamped on top of each jet.

Well not sure what I did but I took off the carbs, took off the top and bottom and now everything is normal. 0.o Oh well Thanks for your help!

But on aside note. My left carb always leaks whenever the bike has been running. Is this normal?

Carbs leaking is never normal.
If they are overflowing, the float needle is stuck open or the floats out of adjustment.

I looked at them closely and It seems the leak is coming from just above the bottom bowl. I took it apart and the gasket is pretty much destroyed. I think I'm gunna change out the gasket and see if that solves my issue

Oh sheesh I dont come in here a few days and this happens ...

OK Gasket leaking wont make it lean ... Your gasket problem isn't related to the idle hovering.
However you do have to fix the gasket, so getting a new one, and you can put that purple 3m gasket maker on it to keep it alive longer (just be careful removing the float next time) ...

OK so you have a lean problem, obviously look for vacuum leaks, exhaust leaks, leak or ripped hoses to the airbox etc ... and if those all fail, make sure floats are set right, and if so, rejet to your setup.

 I managed to solve my idle problems and it runs an idles smoothly now between 1.5k and 2k. Not quite sure what I did though. I took everything apart from the top and bottom. Took off my throttle cable and re put in my idle screw and put everything back together . Now she starts up first time without grinding on the starter and she idles perfect.  But yeah the leak is substantial enough to see it run down the engine and I have to put a rag down after I'm done riding to catch it all
