She's officially for sale. The bike is in MD, I got a job in WI. After some thinking, I decided it's not worth it to me to spend 500 bucks to get the bike here when I can use that kind of money for an upgrade.

You might rethink your decision.
The roads in WI are fabulous.
I used to live in Madison in central WI.
All over the state the scenery is gorgeous and the roads are spectacular.
Curvy, hilly, and lots of different topography.
Much to see and do with motorcycles there, too, such as the AMA races in Elkhart Lake, WI. each spring.

Well I could bring the GS here, but as I said, for that kind of money I'd rather sell it and pick something up here--I'm sure you know there's plenty of options around here. I'm in the market for an XB9 or XB12.

Very true! And if there comes a time when I want a 12, the parts are very openly available to me.
