Hello everyone I am a new member but I've been looking through the boards for the past few months as I was getting my 1st bike ready. I have a 09 GS500F that I purchased in December of last year for $700 (it had a thrown rod). We found another bike and rebuilt that engine and combined all of the parts to get it running. So I took the safety course and I've put around 1000 miles on it in the past couple of weeks.
