I have had my 1991 suzuki gs500 cafe racer for five months now- did several upgrades to make it more pleasant to ride-
1. Galfer front pads
2. HEL front braided cable
3. Iridium plugs
4. New front tire

I bought it with the cafe conversion already done. I added the dual mini gauges shortly after and integrated rear light. My questions relate to going to the single pingel petcock or 5/16 quick disconnect between tank and carbs to remove all the extra hoses that run here and there. Is the pingel a huge project or Lockhart Phillips disconnect simpler? I'd like input from anyone who has either change. I have read a number of posts here and thank you guys for all your insight.

You can go into the pic and reduce the size but I've has better luck with photobucet. This is my 1st GS500 to work with. Currently own a 79 KZ650 that I cafe'd from the frame up. This bike is well, not the same. I'm hoping to learn from this forum. Looking forward to your pics.
