I don't know why, but for some reason I like the look of this bike.  It's a 1981 Kawasaki 550 LTD.  I would put some drag bars on that thing and ride.

If that was close to my area of PA, it would be in my driveway already :icon_mrgreen:

Nice little project. $500 and it has a title.... Can't ask for more.  That would be a nice little ride to customize a little and go

"Cafe Racer"

Hmm yes .... But it's still probably more detail work than a lot of 'cafe' builds around?!

I've seen and worked on that bike. That isn't as convoluted as many cafe builds I've seen. It almost looks right too ... IMHO the perimeter frame kills any chance of it ever looking like a true cafe. That aside, its not a bad build at all. Given you want a cafe, you can get a lot worse of a hack job. Heck, if you asked me to build you a cafe, it will be a lot worse.

Not a GS but wow the seller's description of this Busa made me LOL... harder than I should have probably  :icon_mrgreen:
http://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/mcy/4610526155.html

AND since I know this link will eventually expire, here is what it says...

"Let me ask you something. Do you want a bike with more balls than Godzilla on pcp? Then please, have a look at my mint condition 2006 Suzuki Hayabusa. This sloppy b*tch has just over 6000 miles on her sweet ass and will absolutely pucker your buckeye enough to bite a hole out of the seat. Cops? HA! They won't even try to chase this easy 200+Mph, fire breathing deamon with a thorn in its nutsack. The pros of owning this bike would undoubtedly include constant staring and being ogled by large breasted women of all ages. Also, the peasant folk seem to think your a god while upon its magical throne, often pointing and yelling, Jesus Christ! This bike is truly amazing and if your ready for what can only be described as having your heart ripped out of your ass by shear velocity, I have the bike for you. I have a Joe Rocket jacket and a Shoei helmet that go with it too."

Huh ... I've never seen - large breasted women of all ages near a busa ... I have however seen Massive Assed women of all ages

He he ... usually I pity the Busa, it looks like its giving her a wedgie and that can not be healthy for a busa.
