Does it have to be specifically goodwill. Or will a vinnies or salvos suffice (donate and buy stores for the poor and needy)

Doesn't need to be  a specifically a goodwill. Any donate store works.

I realize EVO's are rare so I Modified the challenge to EVO or STI to make it a little easier. STI's are everywhere where I'm from.

If the STI will work...
