So I picked up this light for my F to E conversion, was wondering if anyone had any simple ideas on how to wire it up as:

A. running lights only
B. running lights and signals
C. signals only

Starting with easiest method.
splicing in to just be always on running lights is the number one priority, but running an signals would be cool eventually.

I know Ill figure it out eventually, but if anyone has a great easy answer and can tell me what ill need and what ill need to do to what that would just be a great help that will help get me on road with it much faster....

THANKS EVERYBODY!

+/- for each of the side LED strips around the edges of headlight

Signals only or running lights only would be easiest. In my opinion though, running lights that close to the headlight bulb isn't useful at all.

For turn signals only, would these be your only signals or in addition to other front signals?

As running lights only they are mostly for looks but add some extra light.

and no I will have normal turn signals attached to E fork brackets, they are regular 3 wire filament bulb signals

You'll need a wiring diagram to confirm wires, obviously. Wiring them in for signals would just be matching up the turn signal ground wires and the positive wire for left & right.

To use them as running lights, I think there is a brown wire in the headlight bucket that is a positive connection that you could use.

I think for now I would like to take the easiest route and just put it in as a running light.

I would eventually like to convert all my signals and brakes to LED's so maybe than I would do all the rewiring/relay installing and hook them into that.
