can you paint?

has neone experninced spray painting the side casing on the engine... my wweak freind couldnt hold it up while sitting on it and the dumbass dropped it...

it got scratched        i dont like the scratches...          i was just wondering      can i spray paint it      and the suzuki logo wont look wierd being spray painted over.

also im sxcared ill paint it a diffent black

Yea, I replaced my scratched up Suzuki Logo with the bottom of a large can. I used heat resistant black and red it worked great. It doesn't have to be the 1500% paint either the 800% stuff works fine and wont peel.

I take that back, I remember I also used regular silver spray paint not rated for heat and that did not peel either.
On his tombstone were the words "I told you I was sick!"

I tipped mine over in the garage the first year when I was trying to put it on the center stand.   :oops:  :oops:  :oops:   Now it's easy!

I replaced the entire badge and polished the engine case where it was scratched.  The badge was only about $10.  The polishing gives it a unique look.  I saw a pick a while ago of an orange street fighter with polished cases .... looks awesome.
