Hi folks,

Finally got to change my rear tyre, used the avon roadrider,  but before I could so that I had to repaint my rim (used the rattle can sating black rim paint) , came out really well, but before I could do that I changed my valve for the billet aluminium type (at 90 degrees) also very happy with that!

I used the cable tie method to get the tire on - worked like a charm! check it out on youtube.

Now if only this snow would melt!!!

Avon Roadrider in stock size, the cool one will approve of that.   :icon_lol:

Very nice! Where'd you get the valve?

I would also like to know, I have a new set of BattleAx sitting in my closet and some spoons in my motorcycle bag just waiting.... And today is 60 degrees. It's killing me but would like to have everything 100% ready for new season.

Looking online I see them ranging from ~$15 all the way up to $45 and don't know much about the differences to justify spending 30 more dollars on nothing special.
Just got into Motorcycling. First bike- 1992 Suzuki Gs500e. Purple with Pink highlights baby!

A bit pricey..but they look real quality so worth it...and the angle is a great idea.

Next tire change I think I will  get these.

Hi Folks, I got these for about 30 odd bucks.

They seem quite high quality.
