Here's more pic's I had to figure out how to reduce file size.

For those who are interested the front forks are CBR600F lowers with GS500 fork tubes. This way I can run Renthal low riser bars although,
the ones shown are the stock bars for taking measurements.

Nice job pal. What rear sets are those?
Good job with the front end too. Im guessing thats a cbr front rim? How did you figure that a Gs fork tube would fit in CBR lower? I like the brake arm too, i might have to make one. Can you run a 140 tyre with that?

No matter what i do to it, it's still a GS
It's not how fast your bike is, it's how long you are prepared to hold the throttle on.

Are you going to be making and selling any of those links that raise the rear end??? I would be interested

Awesome to see and update on this bike! I love the look of that front fender and the blacked out Suzuki on the tank.

What tail light is that? Do you have any pics from the front and of the dash? I'd love to see different angles of this one.  8)

I purchased the shifter arms from Ebay for $100 then designed and fabricated the mounting brackets at work using 1/4" thick alum 6061T6

The front forks took some time about 3 weeks for the suspension shop to make them work and didn't cost me an arm and leg.

The brake arm was really easy to make cut the material at work then drilled and countersunk the holes in a few hours at home

The rear tire is a 150 and I have room to run a 160

I made several sets and the ones I'm using raise the bike into a aggressive riding position and with the 07 R6 rear shock I had to modify the swing arm to make it fit.
If your running either the stock shock or Katana rear shock I believe you can use the links with out any clearance issues or may have to grind a bit off the swing arm.
I live in Northern California Bay Area - where are you locate?

Looks really good! I love it! And I'm in Wisconsin, about an hour north of Milwaukee. I already have an r6 shock in the back and I also have a katana wheel. I would like to quicken the steering a bit again without sliding the forks up the triple. Thanks.
