hi, I had to replace my rear fender so I bought a used one, coz it's a bit complicated to get a new one here. now it's on the bike but it ' s pretty close to the tire and im afraid it can crash into the fender on the edge. Do you have any opinion guys? Do i need to worry about it or even if I bottom the rear shocks it wont cause any problems?

Maybe I'm not understanding the photo correctly, but it doesn't look too close to me at all.  Are you talking about the fender touching the frontmost part of the tire or it touching the top of the tire with the suspension compressed?  If its the later, then I wouldn't be concerned because there appears to be plenty of clearance.

Was it a oem Suzuki fender?  What size tire is that in the pics?  I've run tires about 2" larger in dia (130/90) on my 97 without the tire OD touching the fender at the front and ran tires as wide as 150/70 on my 02 that cleared everything except the brake brace bar which your tire dosen't look too close to in the 2nd pic unless you've bent it a bit as I did.

I run factory tires, then it wont be a problem. The fender is OEM, but a little bent at the side, só thats what i was afraid of. I tried it with passenger and on bumpy road, it was ok. So I might have just overthought it. Thanks for the answers, be safe. :)
