my left carb bowl gets fuel but the right carb doesn't

try tapping the bowl with a wrench (or something of similar weight) to possibly free a stuck needle. Otherwise, tear apart and clean.

You could also have a clogged inlet hose T on that side. Of course, its more common on 4 cyl bikes with that 4th - right most carb. Anyway stuck float needle is far more likely in both 4 cyl or 2 or 3 or 1 cyl ....
