Wow, that would be a BIG sewing machine! Nope.
Look at the pen and guess the general size. 

It looks 'computery' .. but the color seems odd for that (don't know why that caught my attention first?) ... but the shape/design isn't anything I can 'place' in a computer... looking at the words. .. odd mix of terms.... so. ..as I haven't seen a 3d printer 'in the real' .. I'm gonna say a part for a 3d printer... controller/valve box for the print head/jet thingy? Maybe?
