longstory short i hit my rear wheel with a cut off wheel... so now i have about an inch long cut in the corner of the tire where the sidewall meets the tread pattern its only about 1/16 deep at its deepest point more towards the tread... that part if the tire gets no wear on it at all.. i also filled it with some sealent glue i had but bottom line should it be safe to ride i do ride freeway abit also want to add tire is basically brand new

You think Pyrrhic victory is bad you should try Pyrrhic defeat!

You already know the answer. You just don't want to admit it to yourself.
Might it last until the tread wears out: Yes.
Might it kill you: Yes.

Be aware, this is not very wise advise!

I'd just pour in some pattex, and keep riding... lol..

But as long as the tire isn't leaking, it'll probably not do much (don't take my word for it).
It'll most likely not explode, unless you go 200+MPH on it (or less).

Looks like a perfectly fine tire for city riding to me!

Well, you know how deep it is. I can't tell from the picture. I've seen guys take an angle grinder to their tires on purpose and grind off all the treads and they still hold air. I've also been told AnY damage to the sidewall is... Well, you know.

The internet can be a source of some very bad advise!
