Hello everyone! It has been several years since I had an account on here, and an equal amount of time since I've had a GS (It was a red 92). After a few faster, newer, more expensive bikes, finances and the reality of having to make an increasing number of adult decisions led me to downsize and go for something I did not have to make payments on. I recently found a decent deal on a project 89 with less than 5k miles on it.  However, big shocker it won't run unless I'm spraying quick start into it. And the fork seals are shot. Hurray! Anyways, I'm looking forward to getting her into riding shape, and getting out riding again! PS if anyone's got a decent set of spare carbs or forks, pm me!
