They look like they will fit. They feed a bigger, thirstier motor, and they are hollowed out for less weight. I happen to have a spare 650 head and cams and am itching to do this. I would feel better, however, if someone who has done this or heard of it weighs in with some comments!

Will they physically fit? Yep. I can't say what the added lift and less duration would do though.

Are you a member on the GSResources? There is a thread by Mekanix over there called "GS Twins Wiki" or something like that, and he listed all the specs for each engine's camshafts.

Thanks Big rich!  I'll check that lead out. The 650 redlines much lower than the smaller twins. I imagine it needs less duration. Maybe the ticket would be to get someone to grind these lightweight cams for the smaller twins.

It might be worth calling Megacycle and talk to them. They have made cams for many Suzuki bikes, and might even give you some of the pros and cons pertaining to camshaft profiles.

Higher lift = more low rpm power and torque. But less revs. And you can valve float easier. Lift for low rpm power + torque

Higher duration = it needs rpm, the more revs - the better it runs. Duration = revs.
