Suspension oscillations on highway?

Hello all, I've been gone for a bit (too busy enjoying riding), but there's one thing I've always noticed that has me wondering what can be done about it.

When I ride on concrete (not asphalt) interstate highway I have always gotten a bit of bobbing that varies with speed.  It feels like my suspension is slightly underdamped, and the bumps from the periodic transitions between the concrete blocks build up to a noticeable amount of bobbing once I've covered several dozen of them.  This is not a problem on any car I've driven over the same road surfaces.  This is happening at any speed above maybe 55mph or so.  Also, my bike is faired and I removed the windscreen, although I recall this happening with the windscreen as well.

I recall seeing many threads about changing/modding the forks on the GS, is this one of the reasons?

Thanks!

Stock suspension is super squishy. I've read that the stock suspension is good for a 135 lb rider. This does not describe me.

Start with the front springs. Get either progressive springs (that's what I have) or some stiffer straight rate springs.

If you're feeling adventurous, replace the rear shock with one from an r6, but make sure to get the correct model year.

Upgrading the suspension is awesome. Makes the bike feel much better.
