hi everybody. i install a gs500 engine on my old gsx 250 e but i cant start it.. i get spark, timing is ok, carb are clean but.. no wont start! any ideas??

sure you're getting fuel?
I know you're getting spark but are you getting "good enough spark" to fire?
Are the fuel and vacuum lines connected properly?
