I started my 06 gs500f and went inside for 10 mins and came back and revved it up a little and was about to hop on but it just died. I tried starting it again but nothing, then I noticed that the dashboard lights aren't working. I googled everything I could think of and I still can't get it to start or get the lights to work on the dashboard. I have checked the battery and the connectors, I check the rectifier with a multimeter, checked the stator, and checked some fuses and one looked like it was blown so I replaced it and it still doesn't work. And the kill switch isn't on so its not that and the kick stand is up and it's in neutral so I do not know what else to do. Any suggestions?

There is only one fuse. The spare looks like a proper fuse housing if you don't look closely.  Make sure you replaced the right fuse in the right holder. Also double check the battery (use a known good battery).
