got to sit on one today at the local dealer. NO STICKER for a price which was odd since there were almost 100 bikes in the store and this was the only one without a price tag. Even the used ones had tags on em. Oh well, my first impression was the bike looks awesome. Wish they let test rides at my dealer. It fit me perfect too. Now all I need is the money to get it. The fit and finish of the new fairing were definately sweet.

I agree.  For some reason, photos do not do the new GS500F justice.  They look great in 3-dimensions (for the price, of course).  

I still can't get past two things: the high, tubular bars and the instrument cluster mounted to the tripple.  Fix those two things and the bike would look AWESOME.
