choke switch

why does my choke always spring back when pulled?...am i missing a rubber piece or something??...

i just installed lower handlebars...so is that the reason?

how can i fix it?

There is supposed to be a spring and a white plastic piece to put pressure on the lever so it does not move on its own.

yeah, i reassembled my choke improperly at first when i changed my handle bars too.  make sure you get that spring back in there the correct way, that was my problem too.
