Has anyone tried one of these?

WPS Featherweight Lithium Battery HJTZ5S-FP-IL

It says it will 'fit' my GS, but not sure about it's being able to provide the power needed.

I would be concerned about the power myself...it says 105 CCA(cold cranking amps)
The Lithium i just purchased is 240 CCA and that's only a small improvement over a replacement SSB lead-acid battery .
Personally i would look elsewhere.

Featherweight might be ok for track day only?.. :thumb:

Thanks guys. I am new to the LI batteries so am not sure what is best. The weight saving is important, but not overruling performance.

I saw the CCA and was not sure if that was enough or what the bike should have to be safe.

Any suggestions on a good battery? I might go with a sealed one, but would like the light weight.

A number of riders here use the shorai brand lithium battery, not cheap! And neither is the charger for it.   But years and YEARS of hassle free riding!

What are the important numbers on the battery to make sure it will be compatible?  The battery that came in mine is suppose to be no good and also he was not sure it was even the correct type.
