I am looking for oil leak.
I notice i can just take the cluth rod, the One left to the front sproket, I can just take it out with my hand.

Is it normal or is it supposed to be stuck there?

Yea clutch push rod will slide outward to the left. The clowns @ Suzuki should have fitted a right side clutch cable fitting with those old arm style clutch, but noooooo they had to complicate it but fitting it across the motor, and have you ruin it if you break a chain, ormore to my frustration - not allow you to fit a pulley for a belt drive cos the smallest pulley you can get in a 14mm pitch is 4.9" and that will barely allow 4.5".

Well, i am almost sure that it is leaking oil from either that clutch rod seal or gear shift seal. My rear rim is all sprayed with oil and it is dripping from that area.

I cant really find any replacement guides for those seals.. only that its a common thing on the gs500 to leak from there.

Is it complicated to change the seals? i am thinking of just replacing both.
Can i just pop them out with a screw, or do i need special tools?

I have droven about 800km/500miles with it so far, but this oil leak gotta be fixt before i use it further.

And because i know the people on this forum love pics, a photo of my bike, notice the dirty backwheel from the oil leak spraying from the chain. 

LOVE that second pic... would love to ride somewhere like that sometime. I live in the mountains you could say... and I can't think of any place close that looks like that

Mountains are so mutch more fun to ride at  Unfornattely we dont have any where i live.

Regarding the picture, i think most people wont want to go there What you see in the picture is just a road into the sea, and when you get a little out, it is just messy salt watter and a dirt road with lots of holes and big stones. You can only cross when the tide watter is low, when it raise the road til disapear

I love visiting the beach and the salt air and whatnot... warm temperatures and the muggy wind... I love it.  That is wild about the road disappearing when the tide is up... really really cool. Thank you for the awesome picture of the island

Sounds like you have an automatic chain oiler system now. Does any get on the tire itself? If not, you might as well just continue 'using it'. Buying one costs a small fortune, you have it for free
