if trying to get on to service the endorsement is a must usually. (the tech usually has to test ride the work,/ usually an insurance thing too)

   Dang, I got a new title?     

I might have to stop going to my university because  an administrator  forgot the verbal agreement we madecided 3 months ago. Explained a lot of confusion and on me for not getting it in writing but it still stucks.

That's  rant material, right?

Definitely. I left my "college" when they ran up a huge bill in student loans and reneged on the pre-agreed course layout. . .

Actually, I got the signature from the person that forgot about our agreement!
Unfortunately, gotta wait on ONE more signature/approval.

Another note, I ran out of fuel today on my way to work. It was a good wake up walk to the nearest gas station.
