I don't know, a radiator?  A spinning radiator?  Wth is this thing??

It's the thing that generates the spark in a small engine.  I want to say stator but I think I have the wrong name? It spins a magnet past a coil to make a pulse / voltage ?

If that's not it I give up.

The spinning fins are heat sinks.

This is not an electrical component.  It's hydraulic.

EDIT: Could be pneumatic, I'll check Monday. .... but I have a feeling it's pneumatic.
