Hallo
My gs500 is sweating from the left side off the engine.

Its sweating from the left engine cover and the bottom oil cover. Its only after the oil gets hot, and it will leave a small spit size oil spot. I only need extra oil in my backpack if i do longer trips on the highway/motorway, if thats because of the leak or its eating oil i dont know, i hope the first  :D

Well, the question is, is it easy job to do? Is there anything that will poop out when i take the cover off?

I think that you just take the cover off, and then replace gasket and fit it again.

hope to hear from someone :)

That would be the stator cover:

Two things to mention - the wires for the stator will be exposed, so the stator cover will hang from them. And when you pull the cover off, pay special attention to the starter clutch gears. There should be a small washer and sprocket that will want to jump out when you pull the cover.

And of course, oil will pour out a little bit.

But else from that, it is basicly just taking out the bolt, replace the old gasket and then put the cover back on? nothing reallly complicated?

Also the bottom of the engine, the thing that holds all the oil, its gasket is sweating also, i asume thats just unbolting it and replace  the gasket.

Yeah, it's a simple job. The hardest part will most likely be removing the old gasket material - you'll have to use a razor to scrape the gaskets off. If you're lucky, the old gaskets will mostly be stuck to the covers.

Make sure you get the correct gasket for the oil pan. The E models use different gaskets than the F models. And when you have the oil pan off, it's a great time to clean the oil pump screen - it might have some small debris on it.

Okay.
Thanks for your help!
I will properly just order a complete gasket set for my model and year on Ebay.

You will also need some hi temp silicone sealer for the rubber grommet that is fixed to the wiring harness. I'd stick with Suzuki OEM for the stator gasket.
