...... now.... you need something like eclipse mints or tic tacs. So you have something to distract your mouth and also get that hot minty 'drag' in your throat!......

And you need something simple to keep your fingers busy while you have the worst bits of the urge!.. rubber band, rosary, hacky sack maybe?... just to roll in your hands or fingers... but not easily fumble/escape your grasp.... baaaaaaaaaastard!

Its a bit of distraction and brain retraining for lacking the cig tube to play with....

And don't buy an 'emergency' pack unless you'll feel no guilt after using it up in 36 hours!... it's much easier to not smoke the pack you don't have!

Day 4:
Eaten 3 boxes of mints. Need more.
Started a fight with a houseplant due to it's placement. Lost said fight, bastard fights dirty.
Shot myself in the face with a rubber band. Threw the whole bag, hit the ceiling fan. Rubberbands are everywhere.
Kicked a hacky-sack through the suspended roof. Lost forever.

Day 5:
So much easier. No rage or anything. I made up with the houseplant.

Dunno what I'm gonna do about these rubber bands and shaZam! though...

Rubber bands and sh*t Eh? thats a heck of a combination lol.

The rages come and go.... Just wait till week 3 ... You'll have a craving but Marshall your thoughts!! ... Your brain will be ...Keep to the straight and narrow!! .. Then you'll be driving or riding around somewhere ... Feel thirsty and see a 7eleven or similar.... Mmmmm a nice slushy hit or coffee fix would be great! ... Hmm they have snacks there too... May as well...... You know what would be great after that refreshment break?! .. Just one ciggie!! .. So I know I can handle it and keep with quitting!! ... You must resist buying a pack!! .... They'll all get used!! ... If you absolutely have to have just one or you might axe murder your sweet white haired granny for making cookies! Buy 1 smoke off a mate for $2 or something!! ... But it's easier to even ask your mates to NOT offer you one!! ... Because it's too easy to say yeah just one will be ok...

You are gonna run into other people smoking anywhere... Best to just harden up and deal with smelling it and staying strong early on!! ... It often does smell good from afar though.. Dammit!!

... And for example ... I'm on day 2 ... Again.... That's about 6 times since Xmas...

I normally make me and the missus a cup of tea around this time of night..... Which I did.... She asked for a biscuit.. No problem sweetie!! ...

Open Tim Tams ... Remove 2 ... Slide the flimsy plastic tray back into th....... Back into the sl ...  ... Back int.....  .. Back INTO THE FECKIN SLE .....  .... Shove the farkling bastard shitty tray into the scabby dog ass bloody sleeve and flip the mongrel bastard biscuit maggoty shitefeck packet into the back of the pantry!!!!!! 

Right now I'm having my peanut butter toast with my cuppa.... Chewing into it like a Haitian Voodoo doctor biting the head of a chicken!! ..  ....

Now I'm at work... I guess I can rant a little about how it feels to head into work at 330pm when it's 80 and sunny outside... I'd rather be working on my house!!! 

Am envious      . i had lined up an odd job ( installing a car radio for friend) but then realised i hadnt any energy. :/ so tentatively postponed til fri.

I'd employ you too if I could! Not right now but in the future I'm gonna need a different car radio in my van and my car both... and I've never really gained much knowledge along the way when it comes to car audio.
