I ended up teaching myself how.  this was before youtube. appears daunting like building a computer, BUT its fairly straight forwards.

usually the hardest part at first to a newb ( i was one as well ;)  ) is removing the stereo from dash. wiring is quite easy tbh. they make harness adapters to make it about as simple as plug and play. and theyre marked as what is what. ( plus they usually are colour matched)

I'll keep it going by ranting about crummy drivers. People who cut corners really sharp and cross into the oncoming/other lane... if you're sitting to make a left hand turn and people behind are too impatient and they squeeze around you to the right almost taking a mirror off... not using signals... riding for miles in the passing lane... people who stop in the middle of the intersection instead of back where the line is... and then a truck comes so they have to back up and the whole line of people has to back up unless someone was smart enough to leave space... OR then the light doesn't change because it thinks the person in the middle of the intersection already went through... and now you're there on your bike and the light won't change because it doesn't sense the bike even after you've tried every trick you know...

Or when you replace the COMPLETE WIRING HARNESS, get power to all the ends, AND IT STILL WON'T START!!!!! :technical: :technical: :technical: :technical: :technical: :technical: :technical: :2guns: :2guns: :2guns: :2guns: :2guns: :2guns: :2guns: :2guns:

Looks like I have to replace the F%*@ing Starter relay. . . to find out if the starter motor even works. . . If that's dead, I'm selling the bike for almost nothing. . .  >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

I love how when you list something at a reasonable price online, you get low-balled. If you post something at a low price, you get nothing. >:(

I can rant about the weather today. I like the warm sunny hot weather... and we don't get much of that here in PA. Anywho, it's halfway through June and we are still having like 40-50 degree nights... and 60-70 degree days. I know most other people are like oh this is great!!! But for me I like it much warmer. Freaking limited summer months/weeks hereeeeeee bahhhhh

Oh awesome see I'd love to live in a warmer climate. I'm always chilly... cold... etc. A temperature where most people are dying of heat, I'm totally comfortable. If it's below 75, I'm uncomfortable  :icon_sad:

Have thought maybe it's my thyroid or lack of iron... or both... idk but the summer is most certainly my favorite time of the year  :kiss3:

I hear ya on the thyroid iron issue. add in a blood thinner, i end up wearing a hoodie  @85f lol.
Anyhoo, my rant now, i decide to cook my father a steak dinner, bought the stuff yesterday, walked his dog, his dog eats the f*****g steak. ( angus beef) prepared enough for both of us. dog got it all. :technical: its best i put some distance between myself and that dog. im a diabetic and must eat, but ive gotten so angry over this, ive lost my appetite. dad was like " she gets a treat after a walk" i replied, " treat?, shes prepaid for 2 weeks" aint gettin sh*t  from me. he mentioned what happened to the 2 pieces of beef on the plate. i replied wtf? 2? there were 5. now thanks to that dog there are none. ill go sans dinner. until tomorrow. that dog has a horrible poker face. she convicted herself. lol. and dogs not all that big either.
ok its best i stop before i see Red
